How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order in our small studio in the Ozarks. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.
Can I place a custom or bespoke order?
Yes. We love working on custom pieces — whether you have a specific design in mind or want to reimagine a family heirloom. Submit a custom inquiry here and we'll be in touch to discuss your vision, timeline, and pricing.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using our ring sizer tool for the most accurate measurement. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up. Still unsure? Contact us before ordering — we're happy to help.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing. Please take care to measure accurately before purchasing. If you have questions, reach out before you order.
Materials
What metals do you work with?
We work primarily in sterling silver and gold-filled metals. Specific materials are listed on each product page. If you have questions about a particular piece or need a different metal option, feel free to ask.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
We source our stones thoughtfully and prioritize quality and responsible sourcing. If you have specific questions about a stone's origin, contact us and we'll share what we know.
Shipping
How is my jewelry packaged?
Every order is packaged with care and arrives ready for gifting.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you have questions about your order, contact us.
Returns & Repairs
What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
What if my piece needs a repair?
