Welcome to Ashbeth House. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchases made through our Shopify store. By visiting or purchasing from Ashbeth House, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ashbeth House.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using this site.

A breach of any Terms may result in termination of your access to our services.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

Ashbeth House creates jewelry that is handcrafted and made to order in small studio production.

Due to the handmade nature of our work:

  • Slight variations in texture, stone appearance, finish, and color are normal and part of the character of each piece.
  • Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and variations unique to the stone.
  • Product photos are intended to represent the design as accurately as possible, though colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Made-to-Order Production Times

Most Ashbeth House pieces are made to order.

Current production times are generally 2–4 weeks before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Production timelines may vary during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice due to fluctuations in material costs, including precious metals and gemstones.

Payment is due in full at checkout.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, resized, engraved, heirloom-remake, or altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for confirming all customization details before purchase.

Ashbeth House is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during ordering.

6. Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.

Because most rings are made to order, resizing may involve an additional fee depending on the design and materials used.

Some ring styles may not be eligible for resizing.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are considered final.

However, we want you to love your piece. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ashbethhouse.com.

Approved returns or exchanges, if applicable, must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ashbeth House reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. Repairs

If your jewelry requires repair due to craftsmanship issues, please contact us.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, lost stones, tarnishing, bent rings, or chain breakage caused by misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

Repair fees and shipping charges may apply.

9. Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry should be handled with care.

We recommend:

  • Removing jewelry before swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying lotions/perfumes
  • Storing pieces separately to avoid scratching
  • Avoiding harsh chemicals and moisture exposure

Ashbeth House is not responsible for damage caused by improper wear or storage.

10. Shipping

Once shipped, Ashbeth House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, product designs, logos, branding, text, and graphics — is the property of Ashbeth House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ashbeth House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

13. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
