Thank you for supporting Ashbeth House.

Each piece is handcrafted in our studio and most items are made to order.


Processing Times

Current production times are typically 2–4 weeks before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note:

  • Production timelines may increase during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Ready-to-ship items will ship sooner when available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

Ashbeth House currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, value, and destination.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS depending on the shipment.


Shipping Insurance

Orders may include insurance depending on value.

Once a package has been shipped, Ashbeth House is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, or damage caused during transit. If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you in filing a carrier claim.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


International Shipping

International shipping may become available in the future.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us at info@ashbethhouse.com and we will do our best to help.
