At Ashbeth House, each piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we ask that you review the following policy before purchasing.
Most Ashbeth House pieces are made to order and are therefore considered final sale.
However, we want you to love your jewelry. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@ashbethhouse.com
Approved returns or exchanges must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Shipped back within 7 days of approval
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Ashbeth House reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Heirloom redesigns or remade jewelry
- Engraved items
- Rings made to a custom size
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
Ring Sizing
Please verify your ring size carefully before placing your order.
Because rings are made to order, resizing may involve an additional fee depending on the design. Some styles may not be eligible for resizing.
If you are unsure of your size before ordering, feel free to contact us.
Repairs
If your piece arrives damaged or you experience a craftsmanship issue, please reach out and we will gladly review the situation.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, bent rings, chain breakage, or lost stones caused by daily wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
Repair fees and shipping costs may apply.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Ashbeth House is not responsible for lost return packages.
