Ashbeth House accepts a limited number of custom projects and heirloom redesigns throughout the year.
When reaching out about a custom piece, please include:
- Inspiration photos (if applicable)
- Desired materials or gemstones
- Timeline expectations
- Ring size (if relevant)
Order Questions
If you are contacting us about an existing order, please include:
- Your order number
- Full name used at checkout
This helps us respond more quickly.
Production Timeline
Most pieces are made to order and currently ship within 2–4 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
